There are some additions to the calendar for September and some changes. Starting Sept 1 Fitness Power Hour 6-7 am. not yoga, not aerobics.  Bring 5-8 lb weights and wear athletic shoes.  No class Sept 6th and Lisa's Thursday 6 pm Flow class has been changed to Kundalini at 7 pm on Thursday evenings.
