This is a 4-week series designed for individuals who would like to release excess weight.  Discover the tools to help you achieve the goal weight you have always wanted and desired.  Reduce your appetite and actually look forward to exercising.  Learn a simple yoga routine that you can do in the comfort of your own home.  Learn how to talk to your body to achieve your desired results!  Each class includes a 30 minute group hypnosis session for weight control. Includes a CD to use at home.

In this workshop learn how to:

  • Slow down and eat consciously
  • Gain awareness of food choices
  • Liberate yourself from habitual patterns and destructive negative behaviors.
  • Take action to reduce the stress that contributes to emotional eating
  • Learn self hypnosis that you can do each day to motivate yourself to continue on track with your program
  • Talk to your body with the right words to get the results that you want

 Judy has an E-RYT designation from Yoga Alliance and a certified hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.  Judy draws from a tradition that is non-dogmatic and open to all.  She describes her role as that of a supportive facilitator, seeking "to hold the energy of the room, to set the pace of the practice, and to guide."  She encourages her students to enter a space of graceful self-inquiry, helping them access their own potential for creativity to achieve total wellness of body, mind and spirit.   

 Her integrated traditional teaching method combines elements of Kripalu yoga (the gentle yoga of compassion), Iyengar yoga (focus on proper alignment) and Viniyoga (an approach to Yoga that adapts yoga practice to the unique needs of the individual). Educated at the Kripalu Yoga Center, located in Lenox Massachusetts, Judy is a certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). She has studied with Joseph Le Page, Gary Kraftsow, Dr. Jeffery Migdow, Stephen Cope and Judith Lasater. Judy’s classes are tranquil, comfortable and fun. Judy draws from a tradition of yoga that is non-dogmatic and open to all levels of ability. Her teaching stresses the adaptation of poses to address the needs of the individual student
