Yoga Nidra Experience
deep peaceful physical and mental relaxation as Judy's soothing voice gently guides you in a traditional state of yogic
sleep where the body and mind relax completely and the sub-conscious remains active and engaged. Yoga Nidra has many powerful
benefits. It creates a link between the conscious desires, the will power, and the subconscious mind. When this happens you
improve self-awareness and feel an enhanced control of all aspects of your life. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4
hours of sleep!

Yoga for Low Backs and Hips. Join Wanda for
this workshop which is designed to focus on balancing the sacrum and hips. Our sacrum is considered the “sacred
bone upon which the skeletal structure is built”. The sacrum and hips are unique in that it gives us our access
to our center of gravity. Lack of range of motion in hips can cause discomfort not only in basic yoga postures but also
the more challenging ones and create tightness in the lower back. Come and learn how to work with the powerful ligaments and
muscles of the pelvic region to help refine our practice and open the door to a deeper yoga experience. Also the last
30 minutes of the workshop will include some restorative work, pranayama and meditation to integrate the days practice. All
levels of students are welcome.

Free Beginners if you are
new to yoga or just want a brief review of the basics of how to sit, stand and breathe, please join us for this free class.
The class is taught by different studio instructors so you also have the opportunity to experience more than one teacher.
This class is usually offered the last Saturday of every month but please check the date to be sure.

Gong-Bath Meditation - This is a monthly event with Lisa. The Gong has all the sounds and vibrations of creations within it. It cancels
out thoughts and allows you to completely relax very deeply and quickly. The mind is over come and relaxed by the gong so
that a very deep state of meditation can be reached. In this state deep healing occurs and awareness is heightened.

Healing Sound Journey The Healing Sound Journey is a powerful group meditation using ancient and

Aromatherapy for Yoga practice This workshop will teach you how to incorporate essential oils
into your hatha yoga practice, including techniques which will help you to maintain good health and balance throughout your
life. Learn: · Ayurveda
& Aromatherapy- the medicine of Yoga · Your ayurvedic body type and how to recognize imbalances. · The therapeutic use of essential oils for your body type and common health problems. · Self massage and basic reflexology techniques. Tias Little, Prajna Yoga - The Art of Sequencing The
art of teaching is in offering intelligent, creative and dynamic sequencing. This course details the key ways to sequence
a class in order for students to safely open. We investigate pacing, length of holds, how to sequence using props, and combinations
of postures in sequence. We cover ways to skillfully guide students with directives within a given pose. Morning classes will
review active sequencing and afternoon classes will review how to sequence restorative postures. We review standing, seated
and inverted asana sequencing. The Prajna Yoga program is unique in that we include practical instruction for how to sequence
a meditation practice, and how to create a seamless flow between meditation practice and asana.

Yoga for the Brain-This class includes gentle exercises, asana, breathing techniques,
meditations, mantras, and mudras. Each class will have a different focus leading to improved memory, cognitive ability, mood
enhancement and stress relief. Your brain is an organ and, like any other organ in the body, brain health can be improved
through lifestyle . This class will offer yogic techniques to preserve and enhance brain function and will provide lifestyle
information to keep our brains healthy, happy and efficient.
