Yoga Nidra Experience deep peaceful physical and mental relaxation as Judy's soothing voice gently guides you in a traditional state of yogic sleep where the body and mind relax completely and the sub-conscious remains active and engaged. Yoga Nidra has many powerful benefits. It creates a link between the conscious desires, the will power, and the subconscious mind. When this happens you improve self-awareness and feel an enhanced control of all aspects of your life. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!

TriYoga Flows   with Kaliji, founder of TriYoga® . Details to follow soon.

We are especially honored to have Kaliji at yoga4all in April 2010.  TriYoga®  is a unique system of hatha yoga developed by Kali Ray (Kaliji), based on flowing sequences in which postures are connected by a wave like motion.  These movements are the union of posture, breath and internal focus. Through practicing the flowing series, students learn to move with the breath, flowing from one posture to the next, creating meditation in movement.
