 Free Beginners  if you are new to yoga or just want a brief review of the basics of how to sit, stand and breathe, please join us for this free class.  The class is taught by different studio instructors so you also have the opportunity to experience more than one teacher. This class is usually offered the last Saturday of every month but please check the date to be sure.

Sadhana with Kylie. The word sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you. The practice tunes up your nervous system and attunes yourself to your highest inner self. To cover all your bases, it will include exercise, meditation, chanting and prayer. During the "ambrosial hours" (the two and a half hours just before sunrise), the sun is at a sixty degree angle to the earth. At this time, the world is quieter and it's easier to meditate before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. Join Kylie on the first Saturday of every month from 4:45a-7:15a, and put some time into You and your spiritual practice. A love offering of $10 is greatly appreciated

Meditation - with Sandi Teresi, eRYT, Reduce stress and deepen your yoga practice in this relaxing guided meditation class. Meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced. Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced. 7:00 - 8:30 pm $15  each or $25 for both December classes. Gong Meditation -  

Come experience this astrological event while allowing the pure vibrations, and energy of the gong to help you reach a profound state of meditation and healing. Wear lose comfortable clothes. We will practice gentle yoga to begin and then the Gong will be played for 45-50 minutes. Tea and refreshments will be offered after the class.

Monthly:
This is a monthly event with Lisa. The Gong has all the sounds and vibrations of creations within it.  It cancels out thoughts and allows you to completely relax very deeply and quickly. The mind is over come and relaxed by the gong so that a very deep state of meditation can be reached.  In this state deep healing occurs and awareness is heightened.

Open the path to your heart surrender into the joy of you. Join Nancy and Susan as they guide you in a heart opening restorative practice.  Using blankets, bolsters, blocks and many other props the body is allowed to surrender into the pool of love in your heart. A Yoga Nidra meditation ends this class. Restorative Yoga Practice
. With Nancy MacDonald, eRYT200 & RYT500 and Susan Stone, eRYT200, DOM. Join Nancy and Susan as they guide you in a healing and balancing practice of Restorative Yoga. Using blankets, bolsters, blocks and walls, your body will have the support it needs to relax and let go. The longer holds in these supportive poses allows time for the nervous system to reset and return the body and mind to a state of balance. A Yoga Nidra meditation ends this class.

This workshop shows how you can attain a mindset which will bring you to your greatest potential and live that wondrous life you deserve. Yoga Nidra-Yoga Nidra is the deepest and most powerful of all meditations. Yoga Nidra is known as "Yogic sleep" and forms a complete experience of deep relaxation, self healing and integration. It involves systematically relaxing the body, breath and mind as you enter a deep relaxed state much more intense than ordinary sleep. Yoga Nidra also refreshes the physical, emotional and mental bodies and creates a systematic release of stress and prepares the mind to receive the personal affirmations you develop in class. This practice is suitable for ALL levels of practitioners as a guided meditation. No experience necessary, wear comfortable clothes and become more grounded, focused and at peace. Drop in OK.

Your Brain on Yoga with Lisa Recchione, MA, eRYT, KR1. Learn how yoga and meditation can help improve brain health and function. In this class we will learn how specific yogic practices can help our brains function better leading to improved cognitive functioning, memory, mood, and overall well-being. Strengthen family bonds and create togetherness with the yoga class that's specially designed for the entire family to benefit from and enjoy. Yogis of all ages and abilities will share in the joy and peace that a complete yoga practice can provide. We will stretch and strengthen our minds and bodies through movement, songs, games, and stories designed for the whole family to enjoy. It's not the typical yoga class!
