Special Saturday Class
with Lisa Recchione, MA, RYT

 

What if you could improve the circuitry and

general functioning of your brain?


What if this could lead to better memory, mood

and cognitive functioning? 


What if you could tune in to the brain-body connection?

That is the intent of this class focused on gentle exercises, asana, breathing techniques, meditations, mantras, and mudras. Each class will have a different focus leading to improved memory, cognitive ability, mood enhancement and stress relief. Your brain is an organ and, like any other organ in the body, brain health can be improved through lifestyle. This class will offer yogic techniques to preserve and enhance brain function and will provide lifestyle information to keep our brains healthy, happy and efficient.

This class is offered from 1:30-3:30 pm. Any changes will be noted on this page at the top.

 Lisa Recchione is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance®. While based at yoga4all in Seminole Florida she also teaches at several other locations in Pinellas County. In addition to her yoga training Lisa has worked in the fields of counseling and education. She holds a Masters degree in counseling, has studied yoga extensively and blends all of this background into this class.
